Mr. Shah is a wonderful man who runs an equally wonderful business. Think about
it, I actually remember his name - that shows how unique he is in terms of actually
providing friendly customer service. Despite having never met me, he treated me like
an old friend. Now onto the service - I needed fingerprints, notary and passport
photos, all of which he offers. Mr. Shah explained the entire fingerprint process and
took the utmost care in ensuring my prints have the best possible chance of being
accepted by the government authority (of course, he can't offer any guarantee, as the
federal government can reject my print card for any reason). Mr. Shah ensured I
signed the documents in the proper place and even provide tips on how to expedite
the mailing and review process. Had I gone anywhere else, I would have missed a
key step. Finally, his prices are fantastic.

This place is the absolute best! They have very reasonable prices and are super
honest. The owners are among the nicest people you will ever meet, they're very
gracious and will not take advantage of you unlike some other places. They are
authorized to do fingerprints so it's the place to go if you need fingerprints for bar
exam purposes or otherwise. There's no point in going anywhere else, this place is
full service and you'll be treated wonderfully - you may even get offered a chance to
drink some excellent tea!

Well, I went there to have my picture taken for my passport last week. They have the
photo background that is required for my passport. The owner and the assistant are
accomodating. When the first picture was taken, it didnt pass or wasnt accepted by
the embassy. They have strict requirements because of the new readable passport
they said. I'm already expecting that it would get ugly if I call them and told them that
the picture was no good. But to my surprise, they told me to come back and they will
take another picture with no charge. They apologize for the inconvenience because it
was so cold that day and I have to go back all the way from the Philippine Consulate
to their location and oh, they thought I was crying which Im not! Anyways, they did
what they said, took my picture and made sure that it will be right this time(I have
more options to give because they gave me two sets of photo with 2 different
shades of the background color w/o charging me). The owner said that they're
always after the customers satisfaction! Thanks to him and Petty for doing a
wonderful job. Keep it up!

Don't bother going anywhere else for fingerprints. They made the process quick and
painless. Also, very reasonably priced. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help
in any way they can, even going so far as to call the agency you send your
fingerprints to just to make sure it gets pushed through. I can actually say I had fun
while getting fingerprinted. I normally won't write a review but this place deserves it.

I am syed I have been to US photo located at 125 s clark, for the fingerprinting, life
scan, and FBI check. I have no idea about how it works, I searched the net and found
US photo, I read the reviews, which attracted me to travel almost 20 miles to the
location. once I have been up there I really felt happy for the service given by MR
SHAH, very nicely and easily he has done all the things one after other. I realise that
he actually helped me out, by giving me all related information and guiding me to do
the process. I thank him this day.

From the minute we walked into this place they started asking questions to find out
exactly what we needed. The owner was there, he was friendly and concerned. He
had an excellent young lady working with him who meticulously made sure the
photo was perfect, correct background and cut exact. We could not have been
happier. The consulate except that the photos in my passport is in process. I highly
recommend this and the price is better than Fedex Kinko. « Hide

Couldn't have asked for more. Owner was very friendly, in and out in five minutes.
Needed fingerprint cards, they did them for only $9. The other place I called charged
$20!?! ...

I walked into the store needing several fingerprints for a Bar application. Both the
owner and another worker quickly helped me get the right forms. I was fingerprinted
and out of there in less than 20 minutes. The place is also very easy to find. It was
right in the lobby of the Chicago Public School building at 125 S. Clark. Overall it was
an easy and satisfying experience.
